Into Right Relationship

All five of the Into Right Relationship team are standing in front of a rough, dark-blue wall. All are laughing or smiling. Jonathan Stansell, Rachel Zink and Hope Deifell are looking at Sarah Brown. Anna Marie Smith is laughing with hand over mouth.

Working into right relationship takes a team. Ours practices what it preaches.

Founder, Lead Coach, and Trainer Sarah Brown directs all Into Right Relationship initiatives and works collaboratively with a team of trusted colleagues to keep the practice of relationship at the center. Together, Sarah and the team demonstrate what’s possible when you create and innovate in right relationship. In addition to modeling how collaboration across diversity and difference supports better outcomes for everyone, the Into Right Relationship team makes clear that a relational approach is not only the right choice, but the most fun.

“I get excited when people learn to see beyond their blind spots.”

Jonathan Stansell

Jonathan is a dynamic professional with 20 years of experience fostering individual and organizational change through program design, team management, and internal systems work. Since its founding, Jonathan has been a core team member of Into Right Relationship. Like Sarah, Jonathan believes that everyone has blind spots and that discovering them unlocks potential. He is excited to support Into Right Relationship clients and teams in harnessing their power intentionally and responsibly.

Hope Deifell

Hope brings over 20 years of non-profit management experience to the team. From organizational design to grant management and community partnerships, Hope supports growth and change in a variety of ways within non-profits and higher education. Like Sarah, Hope believes the best lessons are learned along the way, especially those that shape how we show up in the world – to ourselves and to one another.

“I envision a world where we can be a little bit – or a lot more – human centered in our approach to managing people.”

Rachel Zink

Rachel’s 15-year career as a non-profit professional includes leadership roles in a variety of contexts, as well as the consulting business she founded in 2022. Rachel brings commitments to more sustainable, equitable, and impactful work to the Into Right Relationship team. Like Sarah, she believes that creating and holding spaces for managers to “fail, fail again, fail better” is critical to both personal and professional growth.
