Pre-Work: (4 weeks) 1 hour weekly the weeks of January 8, 15, 22 & 29. To be completed when it fits best in participant’s schedule.
Virtual Training: (8 weeks) Wednesdays, February 7, 14, 21 & 28, and March 6, 13, 20, & 27 from 1:00-3:00 pm.
Practice Sessions: (6 weeks coinciding with first six weeks of virtual training): Thursdays, February 8, 15, 22 & 29 and March 7 & 14 from 1:00-2:00 pm. Note: if there is a calendar conflict with these, participants can coordinate with their group to reschedule.
